We Need the PowerSunday Sermon: We Need the Power Scripture: Acts 1:1-8 (CSB) Jesus' ministry in the gospels was only the beginning. The kingdom is still growing, and he invites us to participate in his mission. But in order to accomplish His mission, we will need a power not from ourselves, but greater than ourselves to be effective witnesses. This power is the Holy Spirit.
